Position Overview
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, YouTube Advertising, and Remarketing Strategies.
You will work closely with clients, marketing managers, content creators, designers, and developers to ensure advertising campaigns align with business goals and deliver maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Configure campaign structures, ad groups, audiences, and targeting settings.
Keyword Research
- Conduct detailed keyword research using industry-leading tools.
- Identify high-converting search terms.

- Develop keyword targeting strategies.
- Build and maintain negative keyword lists.
- Monitor search term reports and optimize accordingly.
Ad Copywriting

Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
- Configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Set up event tracking and custom conversions.
- Monitor attribution models and customer journeys.
- Ensure accurate reporting and measurement.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues when necessary.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Qualifications
